Medical devices and instruments for use in performing catheter-based cryoablation procedures, namely, cryoablation systems comprised primarily of cryoablation treatment devices in the nature of cryoablation catheters and esophageal warming balloons, cryoablation console units for providing the cryogen, and also incorporating operating software to operate the cryoablation systems, all of the above used to treat conditions in the heart, surrounding cardiac tissue, and surrounding cardiac vessels

Cardiac treatment services, namely, services to treat medical conditions of the heart, cardiac tissue treatment services, cardiac vessel treatment services, and cardiac cryoablation procedures; medical treatment procedures using cryoablation, cryoablation instruments, cryoablation catheters, esophageal warming balloons, and cryoablation console units
