Business consulting services relating to involvement in, development of, implementation of, and/or use of public-private partnership programs and initiatives that improve livelihoods of small holder farmers in developing countries worldwide including any of agriculture, biotechnology, and food companies, and government entities and NGOs, or partnerships thereof; Business consulting services, namely, managing public-private partnership program involvement of any of agriculture, biotechnology, and food companies, and government entities and NGOs, or partnerships thereof, including advising, coordinating, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting such programs, and advising on use of matching grants with private sector investments and resources; Promoting private and public awareness of the need for public-private partnerships, programs, and initiatives to improve the livelihoods of small holder farmers though advancement of agricultural production systems and methods and access to markets

Educational services and charitable services, namely, providing technical and management training programs relating to involvement in, development of, implementation of, and/or use of public-private partnership programs and initiatives that improve livelihoods of small holder farmers in developing countries worldwide including any of agriculture, biotechnology, and food companies, and government entities and NGOs, or partnerships thereof; development and dissemination of educational materials relating thereto
