Consulting for Juvenile and Tribal programs, when these programs are not successful for the youth involved in the Juvenile or Tribal systems. A consultant may be brought in to evaluate the systems to determine why they are not successful and work within the systems to make change in order for those programs to be successful. Educating the providers on new and innovative approaches may increase the success for the youth. Evaluating the changes will be a part of the of the consultants role in educating the scope and success of the changes in the programs. The consultants role is to work within the systems that exist to review and evaluate what additions or deletions to the programs are recommended, based on their experience
