Consulting services to develop a ConOps product, which is a three dimensional isometric 11" x 17" schematic depicting the bidder's management and technical approaches to a large government services contract, overlaid on the geographic layout of the government site(s) and embellished with callout boxes stating the discriminator features of the bidder's approach. The ConOps is a graphic executive summary of the entire bid approach, and is a unique standalone product
