Printed materials, namely instructional workbooks and instructional sheets for care providers for the treatment of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or AIDS using capacity building and experience sharing techniques specifically for community-based organizations, AIDS services organizations, public and private hospitals, health departments, sexually transmitted disease clinics, substance abuse treatment centers, faith-based organizations, mental health clinics, homeless shelters and drop-in centers, and long-term residential care centers on how best to address unmet need with in the general context of methodologies used by different federal agencies intended to directly link the client to medical care, get the client in a conversation about starting medical care, and bringing the agency closer to where HIV+ people are so conversation can begin
