Collapsible liquid-tight containers for industrial and commercial liquids made of metal featuring a collapsible frame and a plastics bag which is supported by the frame and which is for containing liquids, the returnable collapsible containers being used for the storage and transportation of liquids, and being returnable in the collapsed state when empty for economy return transport, and the returnable collapsible containers not being for holding particulate material, namely snow, sand, mud, stone, building rubble, or concrete used for constructing earthen or barrier walls
