comPODres is a structured work environment comprising a setting of 6 to 16 workstations located in Class A or B spaces along major urban arteries near the homes of key work group members. The structure is a modular set of workspaces assembled in "PODs" of 4-8 stations. They include the work surfaces, seating, electrical and Internet support and accessory office supplies including printers. They are supported by restrooms, a wet bar, lighting and sounds that support concentration and work effectiveness. Parking is just outside the door and the site can also be accessed by public transport or ride sharing. comPODres meets all COVID-19 physical spacing protocols
