Competency-Control procedures are the documented policy systems developed by the staff at Heritage in training and evaluating potential Employees as HOME HEALTH AIDES (HHA) They must be Certified and granted a 'Certificate of Competency' applying standards directed by the Health Department, and also approved by the Corporate Manager and the Directory of Nursing at Heritage These records are kept on a computer system
