Support, care and comfort to pediatric patients with serious, complex or life-limiting illnesses and their families, namely, providing personal support services for patients, caregivers, and families of patients in the nature of emotional counseling and emotional support, grief and bereavement counseling; support, care and comfort to pediatric patients with serious, complex, or life-limiting illnesses and their families, namely, non-medical in-home and in-patient personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of pediatric patients with serious, complex, or life-limiting illnesses and their families, and providing personal support services for patients, caregivers, and families of patients in the nature of emotional counseling and emotional support, grief and bereavement counseling; Support, care and comfort to pediatric patients with serious, complex or life-limiting illnesses and their families, namely, case management services, namely, the coordination of necessary medical services and medical care among health care professionals and as related to expressive care therapies, social work, spiritual support services, hospice care, palliative care and pain and pain symptom management services, and chaplain and pastoral services, namely, providing support through spiritual and religious support counseling to patients and their families, religious and spiritual counseling services, providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for pediatric patients with serious, complex or life-limiting illnesses and their families, organizing and conducting support groups in the field of support, care and comfort for parents, siblings, caregivers and families of pediatric patients with serious, complex or life-limiting illnesses, providing religious counseling services, and grief and bereavement counseling; providing personal support services for patients and parents, siblings, caregivers, volunteers and families caring for patients to assist them to improve quality of life, comfort and care for patients, namely, companionship, emotional counseling and emotional support and assistance with medical forms and understanding medical information, conditions and decision making; support, care and comfort in the nature of child life, medical and volunteer support to improve quality of life, comfort and care for patients and parents, siblings, caregivers, volunteers and families caring for the patient
