Vehicle and pedestrian traffic and travel information provided by a traffic and travel information source, including information based wholly or in part on reports provided either intentionally or incidentally as a background activity by vehicle users and pedestrians themselves to the traffic and travel information source, including reports from vehicle users or pedestrians provided wirelessly or by land lines, and further including such reported vehicle and pedestrian traffic and travel information that has been aggregated and/or verified by the traffic and travel information source which then distributes such information to vehicle users and pedestrians
