Promoting public awareness of charitable causes by involving college age individuals and groups in community-based service and charitable activities, including projects which allow them the opportunity to assist charitable organizations, disadvantaged individuals, and communities and which introduce them to volunteer services, grant making and other activities which instill in America's college youth the spirit of giving while providing valuable education in leadership and responsibility
