Education and training services, namely, developing and providing classes, workshops, seminars, retreats, and online courses in the field of cognitive stewardship, family decision support, and preservation of independence; practitioner training, credentialing, and certification programs for authorized providers of the COGNITIVE STEWARDSHIP standard of practice; distribution of educational materials in connection therewith; all as part of a family of marks that includes COGNITIVE STEWARD and PROTECTING THE GOOD YEARS.

Provision of preclinical family cognitive care services, namely, cognitive guardianship and stewardship services consisting of non-medical monitoring of cognitive status, interpretation of cognitive changes, counseling on preserving independence and decision-making capacity, creation of autonomy-preservation plans, and care navigation and referrals to medical, legal, and financial professionals; all provided under the COGNITIVE STEWARDSHIP standard of practice; services may also be delivered by authorized practitioners operating under license within the COGNITIVE STEWARDSHIP framework as part of a family of marks that includes COGNITIVE STEWARD and PROTECTING THE GOOD YEARS.
