Computer software related services, namely, customer services, technical support services, and maintenance services of software for capturing, analyzing, interpreting and applying data retrieved from measurement or assessment of research-based factors impacting education and instructional quality of school districts and individual schools, grade levels and classrooms and data retrieved from measurement or assessment of classroom instructional practices, teacher skills, teacher perceptions and quality of student work, learning and achievement; and consulting services for development, implementation and use of such software
