Providing instruction and educational classes, courses, seminars and workshops to end-users of software for capturing, analyzing, interpreting and applying data of local school districts and individual schools, classrooms and grade levels to develop and improve quality and effectiveness of educational instruction and to improve student learning, performance and achievement, in order to teach, develop and improve end-user skills and abilities to implement, use, interpret and apply such software to analyze and interpret such data to enable instructional and professional development decisions and to define, develop and implement data-informed and district-specific action and development plans based on such data analyses for developing and improving teaching skills and instructional practices and student learning, performance and achievement

Computer software related services, namely, customer services, technical support services, and maintenance services of software for capturing, analyzing, interpreting and applying data of local school districts and individual schools, grade levels and classrooms to improve and develop quality and effectiveness of educational instruction and to improve student learning, performance and achievement; and consulting services for development, implementation and use of such software to analyze and interpret such data to enable instructional and professional development decisions and to define, develop and implement data-informed and district-specific action and development plans based on such data analyses for developing and improving teaching skills and instructional practices and student learning, performance and achievement
