Charitable services, namely, negotiating pricing agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical equipment and supply manufacturers, medical diagnostic test suppliers, and ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) suppliers to lower prices and increase access to medical goods and services in developing nations; and providing consulting services to government agencies in developing nations for the efficient allocation of medical resources and improvement of national healthcare policies

Charitable foundation services, namely, providing financial assistance to governments and private institutions in the developing world to increase access to pediatric care, to increase access to medical services for patients in rural areas, to identify, recruit, train, and retain healthcare workers, and to increase access to pre- and post-natal medical care
