Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software accessed via an electronic and optical communications network for tracking and management of data required by Physician Payments Sunshine Act ("PPSA") by drug and medical device makers, other sponsors, contract research organizations and other third party clinical trial management organizations; application service provider featuring software for the capture of electronic data for use in medical research and clinical trial management; software implementation services; application service provider featuring software for processing payment data as required under the Physician Payments Sunshine Act (PPSA)
