Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences and workshops in the construction industry in the field of using wood products grown under environmentally sound practices for mass timber construction; all the foregoing, excluding services associated with training services in the field of mapping, measuring, verifying, reducing and offsetting greenhouse gasemissions, researching, data collecting and analyzing, and providing policy advice regarding climate change strategies, carbon footprints and the creation and registration of carbon offset credits, and improving household and business energy efficiency; and training services in the fields of water conservation, the creation and registration of water credits, abitat conservation or the creation and registration of habitat credits
