Home automation devices, namely, electronic devices for controlling the operation of irrigation systems and lighting devices; thermostats; downloadable software that enables control of lighting devices, thermostats, and irrigation control devices in home automation systems; electric or electronic sensors for use in home automation systems for detection of motion or the presence of water for ascertaining potential flood conditions within a structure that are capable of sending notification regarding detection of motion or potential flooding conditions; precipitation and in-ground moisture sensors for use in home automation systems that communicate with electronic irrigation system controllers or home automation controllers, with respect to all the foregoing, excluding use in connection with lab and industrial equipment
