philanthropic and charitable services, namely, providing education and leadership development to disadvantaged and inner city youth regarding non-traditional outdoor recreational opportunities in the fields of hunting, fishing, outdoorsmanship, recreation in nature and the outdoors; recreational and educational services to introduce inner-city youth to a wide range of outdoor recreational activities including archery, camping, canoeing, freshwater, saltwater and offshore fishing, hiking, kayaking, open-water swimming, horseback riding and hunting to develop environmentally cognizant inner-city youth, moral and ethical youth development through outdoor recreational activities and a life-long work ethic; educational services to create awareness of different career options and stress the importance of pursuing higher education and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through involvement in outdoor recreational activities; organizing outdoor adventures coupled with college tours and exposure to a wide variety of career opportunities; inner city youth development through participation in outdoor recreational camps and activities primarily hunting, fishing and camping
