Eleemosynary services, namely: engaging with national, state, and city organizations respecting social and civic issues; directing and managing research respecting social and civic issues, and collecting and analyzing data therefrom; training and supporting national, state, and city organizations with respect to fundraising, local stakeholder identification, strategy development, goal determination and time line creation for researching, developing awareness of, increasing civic engagement respecting, and impacting social and civic issues; and developing, generating, publishing and disseminating communications respecting data and analysis pertaining to social and civic issues for increasing civic engagement therewith, developing awareness thereof and impacting civic policy and strategies pertaining thereto
