providing multiple-user access to a global computer information network for the transfer and dissemination of a wide range of information; hosting of web sites of others on a computer server for a global computer network; designing and implementing web sites for others; and computer software design for others related to web sites and/or a global computer information network; provided, that the above services shall not include public access web sites for the purpose of providing computer based information and interactive shopping services, electric or online community bulletin board services and/or computer and telecommunication networking products using fiber optics
