Promoting the businesses, economic development, local government services, recreational and family resource services, community organizations and events, and the cultural, historic, and municipal and civic interests of the City of Aliso Viejo, California; promoting business, residential and commercial growth, economic development, cultural and historic attractions, and local government services in the City of Aliso Viejo, California through marketing and information campaigns; promoting the area by providing consumer information via a global computer network about businesses, residential communities, residential and commercial growth, economic and business development services, recreational and family resource services, community organizations and events, cultural and historic attractions, local government services and forms, local government codes and ordinances, and employment opportunities in the City of Aliso Viejo, California; and, Chamber of Commerce services, namely, promoting business and tourism in the Aliso Viejo, California area.

Education and entertainment services, namely, providing recreational park services and providing facilities for recreation activities; public educational services in the nature of seminars, classes and workshops in the fields of sports, arts and crafts, health, safety and business for the general public; entertainment services, namely, arranging for a wide variety of entertainment performed by others through the provision of facilities in the City of Aliso Viejo, California; entertainment in the nature of festivals, parades, firework displays, and arts and craft exhibitions; and, educational services, namely, conducting classes and workshops in the field of physical fitness, athletics, dancing, language skills, art and crafts, and literacy, and cultural activities.
