educational and entertainment services; namely, production and dissemination of educational television programs relating to economic, health and social issues of concern to young people; development and dissemination of printed educational materials complementary to the television programs; and development and implementation of community and outreach programs to address and increase public awareness of health, economic and social issues of concern to young people, in the nature of festivals, concerts, lectures and seminars, after-school activities, and public forum events
