Chemical compounds and chemical unprocessed and synthetic additive concentrates in the form of powders, liquids or resin carriers designed to enhance physical properties and improve processing for use in the manufacture of thermoplastic products

Colorants, namely, color concentrates for use in the manufacture of dry solid plastic material, all of which are color concentrates suspended in plastic resin vehicles for use with recycled materials; colorants, namely, color concentrates for use in the manufacturing of insulators for wires and cables; moisture-curing colorants for use in the manufacture of insulators for wires and cables; Coatings in the nature of resin finishes used for wire and cable enamels; synthetic resin colors in the nature of color concentrates suspended in plastic resin vehicles; colorants in the form of powders, liquids or resin concentrates and pre-colored compounds incorporating resins, liquid carriers, colorants and/or other additives all for use in the manufacture of thermoplastic products

Semiprocessed plastic resins blended with colorants and sold in pellet form; colored plastics in pellet form for use in further processing by the plastics manufacturing industry; all the aforementioned not including finished plastic sheets and panels
