Chime software is a gps picture based application that allows users who've installed the application to be able to remotely connect to other users within a restricted geographic location. Chime works, but not limited to, with mobile devices. Once users connect they then have the ability to save and store other users business and personal contact information. Users have the option to accept or decline an incoming invitation based on the picture and information provided from the user sending the invite
