Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fundraising activities to support the provision of a pediatric health care system; insurance underwriting, administration, and management of comprehensive health care plans in the nature of health maintenance organizations

Providing education services, namely, live and online educational classes, seminars, workshops, and continuing professional education courses in the field of health care issues for members of the community and governmental institutions

Providing online, non-downloadable software for providing data-tracking services in the field of health care, namely providing the electronic exchange and translation of medical information for health care programs and clinics

Providing health care services for children through a pediatric health care system; Charitable services, namely, providing medical outreach services; Providing medical services to the Medicaid population through a clinically integrated network of community based primary care physicians; Providing medical services to children through a clinically integrated network of private primary and specialty care physicians; Providing a primary care medical home for children with complex illnesses; Providing medical services through a pediatric primary care clinic network; Providing health care in the nature of health maintenance organizations; Providing managed health care services; and Providing information to members of the community and governmental institutions on health care issues
