Promoting awareness of homelessness by means of public advocacy and community outreach services; promoting public awareness of the decline in affordable housing by means of community outreach services, strategic campaigns, legal services and public policy initiatives; advocacy services to prevent and end homelessness, namely, by creating, researching, and implementing programs to increase affordable housing options and create jobs that pay a living wage
