Administration of a program for enabling participant charter schools to obtain discounts on charter-school focused goods and services; administration of a discount group purchasing program for member charter schools, namely, negotiating contracts with providers of charter-school focused goods and services to enable member charter schools to obtain discounts on the purchase of said goods and services through the use of discount membership cards
