Channel Resource Planning is a suite of computer software that assists a brand owner or manufacturer in managing its resources and plans for the allocation of such resources within the sales and distribution network. Resources to be managed include but is not limited to inventory, parts, people, orders, equipment and assets. The modules of the Channel Resource Planning suite include order management, inventory management, sales management, post-sales service support, asset and warranty management, accounting and financial applications.
