Outreach organizing around policy issues pertaining to women, namely, charitable outreach services in the nature of providing advocacy counseling services to women, charitable services in the nature of organizing and conducting a volunteer outreach program providing education and educational material to women from underserved and under-resources communities; advocacy around policy issues pertaining to women, namely, promoting the interests of women who are public housing residents, have limited English language proficiency, are foreign born, low-income, single mothers, domestic violence victims or survivors from diverse backgrounds by means of public advocacy, promoting public awareness of policy issues pertaining to women by means of public advocacy; Partnership development in an effort to provide programs to women who are public housing residents, have limited English language proficiency, are foreign born, low-income, domestic violence victims or survivors, are colored, and/or have other markers that historically define underserved populations, namely, with public sector entities and commercial business entities for the purpose of developing educational programs, providing discounts on select goods and services, providing educational materials to benefit said women

Educational programming, namely, conducting workshops and fellowship training programs in the field of civic engagement; Educational programming, namely, organizing events in the field of civic engagement for educational purposes; Educational programming in the nature of a web-based platform in the field of civic engagement, namely through workshops, videos educating on voting, policy, laws and running for office, providing information relating to education services via a website, providing information on-line relating to educational opportunities, a continuing program in the field of civic engagement featuring, policy topics and opportunities for voting, running for office, contacting legislators,civic participation, in person and accessible by means of web-based applications
