CHAMELEON TECHNOLOGY

A system of developing Internet web applications that includes a layer of abstraction between the presentation layer and the application and database layers. In effect, the presentation layer is "separated" from the other "n-tier" layers and dynamically defined by meta data within the database, allowing rapid modification of the web site's "look-and-feel" by a non-technical user.
