Providing educational services, namely, providing training in the areas of childcare and development, accounting, business administration, payroll, human resources, job placement, fundraising and employee development to charitable organizations that operate or provide services for orphaned, disadvantaged, neglected and abandoned children; providing diagnostic and prescriptive educational assessments in the area of supplemental, remedial and vocational education for orphaned, disadvantaged, neglected and abandoned children; providing supplemental, remedial and vocational education for orphaned, disadvantaged, neglected and abandoned children; charitable and eleemosynary services for children, namely, to solicit and provide vocational guidance, educational materials and supplies, vocational training and job placement services for orphaned, disadvantaged, neglected and abandoned children; career counseling, namely, providing advice concerning education options to pursue career opportunities; educational services, namely, providing academic performance evaluation, guidance, and monitoring for adult vocational students
