Trademark is intended to be used as an identification to the consumer that the goods being purchased have been tested and certified as being, per test results, free of the disease (that affects beef and dairy cattle used for consumer consumption), commonly known as "mad cow" disease This would include a label stating the trademark "Certified Mad Cow Free" on cooked hamburger wrappers, uncooked packaged hamburger meat, cooked and uncooked food products containing beef (eg, sausage, pepperoni, hot dogs, etc), restaurant menus (steaks, etc), and advertising for such commercial food serving establishments Some goods and services that seemed to match included, but is not entirely inclusive or exhaustive-- G 029 A 4/2/91 Hamburger [meat only, not sandwiches] G 030 A 4/2/91 Hamburger sandwiches G 030 A 4/2/91 Sandwiches [or specific type, eg, hamburger, fish] G 029 A 6/1/01 Uncooked hamburger patties If this is deemed to fit more than one class, please inform and I'll revise as such Thank You
