Provision of office space to non-profit organizations and social purpose businesses; provision of shared services to non-profit organizations and social purpose businesses - namely, administrative and office/business services; conducting and hosting programs and workshops designed to build the capacity of non-profit organizations to pursue their missions - namely, workshops that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness; provision of incubation services to emerging social sector initiatives - namely, back-end financial administration, office space and amenities, and consulting for organizational and project planning and development; provision of permanent and occasional workspace to individual social innovators and social entrepreneurs - namely, provision of workspace, office amenities and office facilities to individuals leading projects and organizations with an explicit social mission; catalyzing and furthering social innovation by undertaking research initiatives that explore social innovation and seek to advance the field of knowledge pertaining to social innovation
