Providing National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) member boards and candidates with evaluations of academic credentials submitted by candidates for licensure within the jurisdiction of NCEES member boards, for use in the assessment of engineering and surveying licensure candidates whose academic degrees were obtained from regionally-accredited institutions and are not accredited by Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc, or recognized international tertiary-level academic institutions; credential evaluations may include information related to the candidate's academic history, institutions attended, degree nomenclature, and degree programs, along with information about the higher education and licensure systems in countries where the academic credentials were obtained
