Transmitting to subscriber employers and parents via global computer network to persons authorized by subscriber employers and subscriber parents map-based and chart-based reports of the location of specific GPS-equipped cellular telephones issued to subscriber's employees and family members; and transmitting location information via displays on personal visual cell phones to persons who possess a subscribing GPS-equipped cellular telephone.
