An interactive web site and interactive mobile device portal for users to review and rate people's positive human social interactions utilizing a software application to award and track points whereby web site and portal users are eligible to exchange points earned for goods and/or services provided by web site and portal sponsors; Promoting the goods and services of others by conducting an online and mobile device portal awards program where points are given and tracked for positive human social interactions and where those points are exchanged for the goods and services of others
