CASE SOIL

Automatic washer preparations in the form of a test soil comprised of protein, blood, fat, and carbohydrate for use in monitoring the adequacy and rinsing performance of automatic washers as well as monitoring automated washer functionality for use with representative surgical devices, to monitor reprocessing parameters, or to be utilized on prepared metal or plastic strips; plastic or metal strips having the test soil applied thereto for use in the above monitoring; the automated washer being for cleaning of medical devices and non-medical devices contaminated or likely contaminated by one or more of blood, fat, protein, and carbohydrate.
