as the name denoting a musical entity or group namely myself and whatever other musicians form said entity or group, based on my choice to use them (ad hoc or permanently) for the purpose of using the name in connection with the recorded and or published music in order to sell it, it being all or either--a compact disk, cassette tape, phonorecord or whatever form the recorded music is placed to be sold as such
