Charitable services, namely, providing financial assistance to relieve the poor, distressed or underprivileged through services in the nature of accepting and administering monetary charitable contributions and grants to persons and families who are temporarily in need of food, shelter or other services when stranded, injured, or lost due to a disaster, temporarily unable to be self-sufficient as a result of a sudden and severe personal or family crisis, in need of, due to age or physical condition, but unable to provide specifically designed housing or housing improvements or in need of medical services but without means or insurance to be able to afford them
