Smoothies, fruit beverages and fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, and energy drinks, each containing hemp or derivatives thereof, all of the foregoing goods that contain ingredients from hemp are solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis and none containing CBD
