Providing grants for students, instructors, schools, and members of the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industries; providing educational scholarships.

Providing career exploration and training for students; providing professional development training and workshops for educators; providing motivational and educational speakers; providing educational apprenticeships, mentoring services and programs in the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality fields; developing and coordinating volunteer projects and events for members of the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industries; organizing volunteer activities and field trips to allow students to learn about the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industries.
