Educational and entertainment services, namely, organizing baseball teams and leagues throughout the United States for school age youth ages 5-2, and providing classes and individual instruction for furnishing advice and guidance to participants therein, for the purpose of stimulating and maintaining interest in good sportsmanship, citizenship and baseball activities
