Safety equipment, namely, a tool for climbing over wrought iron fences and wood or block walls comprised of a ladder-like device which attaches to a wrought iron fence, or leans against a wall, and contains integral steps on both sides to allow for two-way climbing so that the user may ascend and descend safely over such obstacles, for use by police officer SWAT teams, police patrol officers, and by fire and rescue teams, and a customized carrying case for the same; and, Safety equipment, namely, a non-metal u-shaped device for covering spikes on fences so that they may be safely climbed, for use by police officer SWAT teams, police patrol officers, and by fire and rescue teams, and a customized carrying case for the same
