A CONTROLLER APP THAT WOULD BE INSTALLED ON PARENTS PHONE WOULD SET PARAMETERS FOR SAID APP. SAID APP WOULD BE FOR NEW DRIVERS FOR CHILDREN'S PHONES. PARENTS COULD CHOSE WHO CAN BE CALLED AND TEXTED. WHO THEY CAN RECEIVE CALLS AND TEXTS FROM AND WHAT APPLICATIONS WOULD BE AVAILABLE WHEN APP IS ACTIVE. SAID APP WOULD BE INITIATED BY A BLUETOOTH SIGNAL.
