Association services, namely, promoting the public interest in enhanced building security; promoting the interests of professionals in the fields of engineering and science, particularly in the areas of building design, construction, and maintenance; promoting public awareness of research, development, design, and practice in the fields of engineering and science; and promoting cooperation and coordination of the technical and professional activities among all individuals engaged in research, planning, education, design, testing, construction, regulation, and operation of buildings in the public and private sectors

Educational services, namely, conducting conferences, seminars, workshops, examinations, and self-study programs in the fields of science and engineering

Testing, analysis, and evaluation of the goods and services provided by building professionals for the purpose of certification
