Medical treatment facilities providing residential rehabilitation, behavioral therapy, and developmental support services, namely, assessment, evaluation, and ongoing treatment services in the fields of developmental disabilities, learning disorders and other related disorders for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs to foster community living and independence

Services for people with disabilities or special, emotional, or behavioral needs to promote community living and independence, namely, remote home monitoring services for security purposes
