Training and education of technicians and others, and the publication (print and electronic) of training materials and information for technicians and others. [ Note - I currently possess ownership of all commercial internet URLs using "BRIGHTERIDEAS". e.g. brighterideas.com, brighterideas.cc, brighterideas.org, brighterideas.net & brighterideas.ws. However, up until now I have not used the phrase 'brighterideas' apart from the internernet URL suffix '.com']
