Entertainment in the nature of boxing contests; organization, arranging and conducting of boxing matches; boxing instruction; providing classes, workshops, seminars and camps in the fields of fitness, exercise and boxing; all of the foregoing with the purpose to teach values to trainers, trainees and boxers, as well as society at large, and offer a space for meeting and dialogue, providing an educational tool to reinforce learning and training, working on the essential values of the boxing sport to motivate positive attitudes and transfer those values to personal and community life
