Providing fitness instruction services in the field of functional movement, core stability, joint mobility, cardiovascular zone training, neuromuscular patterning, nervous system regulation, bilateral stimulation, contraction/release, vagal nerve stimulation, and neuroplasticity; Arranging and conducting of seminars and workshops in the field of active contemplation practices utilizing the entire body, contemplation and functional movement, experiential learning regarding neuromuscular mapping, deep core activation in conjunction with the breath, joint mobility and stability, cardiovascular zone training, and particular skills to support nervous system regulation, including bilateral stimulation (tapping), vagal nerve stimulation, and contraction/release progressive muscle relaxation.
